This semi automatic toilet paper packing machine is used for packing one layer of toilet paper rolls, with a conveyor belt. The machine adapting to the toilet paper roll diameter is less than or equal to 90-120mm, 8, 10 or 12 rolls of toilet paper.
The machine is easy to operate: Insert the pre-made bag into output hole, press the jog switch, it will automatically put toilet rolls into bag, cutting and sealing at the same time.

1. Adopting the advanced PLC computer programming control and employing the liquid crystal texting to display parameters, it is with simple set and water cooling control. Moreover, its temperature controlling is more precise so that heating wires and tapes with more stability can be protected more efficient. The machine use the servo motor to push the products to the bags, it causes to locating the products more accurately.
2. Multi function: automatic conveying, single head operation, automatic feeding, automatic sealing, automatic countering.
3. Packing and sealing are pretty and tidy. The machine can be operated with full-automation and semi-automation. The machine with conveyor can be connected with automatic toilet roll packing machine with conveyor.
